What do I get with a Support Plan?
All Servers &/or workstations are serviced once per month with hardware and software checks to identify potential faults, and provide a general tune-up to Windows. We also check that backups are working, UPSs are functional, and no viruses or faults are present. Who is checking YOUR backups currently?
Hardware Checks Include:
Clean dirt build up
Check cooling fans
Check HDDs for errors.
Check cards fully seated.
Check physical memory & CPU usage
Software Checks Include:
Check latest Windows patches and MS Office patches & fix new Windows security flaws
Check logs and flag problems
Schedule scandisk & defrag as required
Test UPS (if present)
Check AntiVirus software current, updated and working
Check backup logs for problems
Partial test Restore of Backup
